About Ashley

Ashley is a lifelong resident of the Lakes Region with a family history ingrained in the area’s real estate industry. She attended high school at Stoneleigh-Burnham School where she claimed she went to ride horses and not go to school. She later received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Colby-Sawyer College and just missed graduating cum laude (not a sore subject at all).

The entrepreneurial spirit came to Ashley at a very young age.

Her professionalism, strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail make her one of the most consistent top agents in the area. Ashley began riding horses at the age of 3 and they continue to be a passion of hers. She enjoys traveling to horse shows and spending time at the Winter Equestrian Festival. This experience gives her a unique perspective when it comes to buying and selling equestrian properties.

She prides herself on looking for new ways to exceed the expectations of her clients in order to make every step in the process as fun and stress-free as possible. Ashley grew up on Lake Winnipesaukee spending lots of time at her cousins house on Varney Point and her family’s house on Welch Island. She knows well the intricacies of buying and selling waterfront property.

Ashley currently lives in Gilford with her husband Tyler and their rescue mutt Stella. She gives back to her community any chance she can by captaining a team for the Greater Lakes Region Children’s Auction event Pub Mania, Laconia Area Community Land Trust Board of Directors and avid supporter of the New Hampshire Humane Society where she and Tyler got Stella from.

Ashley learned to ski and snowboard at Gunstock when she was very young and loves to spend her winters snowshoeing, snowboarding and taking winter hikes with Stella and Tyler. During the summer she enjoys spending time on Welch Island and being outside cycling, running, hiking and golfing; in short, regardless of the season, fully enjoying all the beauty and fun the Lakes Region has to offer.
